Is Modernization working?
How is Modernization working for you? Are you getting your push done, go backs put away, price change done, keeping fitting room free of go backs? I think, Target is expecting 1 person to do the work of 3 people. District is expecting all push done on a daily basis, all tables folded perfecting all day long, fitting room free of go backs. There is no understanding from District in why we can get everything done. How can an employee keep the floor zoned up when 1 Guest unfolds almost every shirt on a table? I wish Corporate and District worked in stores.

Nope it’s doing fuck all for me!!!! They say they were gonna get rid of Pizza Hell then they say they aren’t after all. Fuck you lying pieces of shit. The shelves were empty and these hours are not only bad for money but also bad for zone too. All Tarshit cares about the almighty dollar and how screw everybody else.
True that. With $15 an hour now, less hours. Full time is 20 hours, part time is 10 or less hours. They expect one cart attendant to do cart pull ins, the bathrooms and the trash. One man or woman can't do 3 huge things!
It's the same at unionized supermarkets. However head office just got rid of the stationary carts. We told one returning cart attendant he doesn't have to bring in carts. And we basically ignored head office and cut the Cart attendant responsibilities in half.One person is designed as the clean up person.i.e spills,garbage,bathrooms. And the other does carts,carry outside and price checks . Occasionally the lines will blur and they end up doing the other half of the job description
Fuck no it's not but corporate doesn't care. They did it to reduce labor costs. Things not getting done don't matter unless there's a visit.
It has more to do with the store being jerks. They could do the same our store did. We basically contracted out cleaning on weekends.
Exactly its beyond ridiculous. Also on top of that having to do drive up and pick up orders. Also having to back up and constantly get carts. When I said this wasnt in my job description I was told i get paid $13 an hour. Im out tho this place is a mess..... you have to do other people's job all the time its a joke.
