I’m so done…
I’ve been working at Target since April 22, 2014 and I’m already sick of it. Someone that used to work for Target.com became the new ETL and nearly no one in the store can stand her. What finally put me over the edge, so to speak, was that she actually yelled at me for leaving early because I almost died from an allergic reaction. Then the next day when I was able to come in, she had me pulled into the office to ‘talk about attendance’. She made me feel like that even if I was going to die from an allergic reaction that I still had no excuse. I even told the GSTLs that I actually like that when I find a new job I won’t even give them two weeks notice, as I feel they don’t even deserve it anymore. It’s a courtesy that they have officially lost and I will no longer even shop there, I’ve already cancelled my own RedCard and have began to discourage others from getting them (when not at work obviously).

Ha! While you ask people if they want a red card, you should rapidly shake your head "No!" 🙂
For get all etls they have no Idea what it's like to be a grunt worker For target. Most of them get hired right into the company at that level and it's bs man. Keep your head up. Youre not the only one who goes through this stuff
Target is the most mismanged place i have ever worked for. They have no idea how to manage/motivate their staff. They are obsessed with young, perky people. Yet the first thing they say in orientation is they put the best person in the role, it's not based on seniority... What a complete lie. I'm Surprised this place even makes money. I completely and totally regret the fact that I accepted the position. Biggest mistake to date. I have never been so exhausted with so little to show for it.
