I hate Target
I’ve worked at Target for about 3 months. I set my availability around the activities I was active in when I applied for Target. Now that school is out and all of those activities have ended, I can finally work more days in the week. But since Target is a cock, they decline every availability request I put in. I’m pretty sure I’ve worked there for more than 90 days. I also hate everyone who works there. All of them are friends and talk to each other and laugh and stare at me. I have been thinking about quitting ever since I started. So thats why I need some peoples advice, should I quit now? Or should I wait until I find another job?

If you can afford to quit now, do it. Target is simply not worth your time.
Try to leave a good impression when you leave though so at least you can have them as a reference on a resume when you go get another job.
Wait till you find another job. Job hunt as much as you can.
I found that the whole putting in for days off and availability changes on the ehr thing is all bullshit. You have to go out of your way to bother the hr people about it. Make sure you put it in as far in advanced as you can. Then remind the last bastards about it every week. In my experience, they wait until the very last minute to look at who is requesting days off or availability right when they make the schedule. For every availability change, you have to talk to them and give them a good enough explanation and remind them to accept it before the system denies it. At least that's what I have to do every time...
