Guest service

I’ve been working for target for about 8 months now and everytime I walk through the door I want to turn around. If the guests weren’t enough, the management is no better. What do you guys hate about working guest service?

    I work cashier and cart attendant sometimes. My team mates told me it's pretty easy at guest service as most of the time there's no one up there. But when there is it's the guy wants a refund, no recepit. Well they say no, but people still argue about it like hell.

    I hate that they are called "guests". They aren't. They are fucking customers. A " guest" is someone that you would have in your home or something like that. 99 percent of target customers are assholes and I would NEVER have them as my guests. They are CUSTOMERS. Maybe if they behaved with a modicum of politeness or civility I would view them as guests, but they behave like pigs
