Flex can kiss my ass
I got hired as a seasonal employee at the beginning of November at the target in Fullerton (1418), and the only thing that was open was the flexible fulfillment, which is just the Ship team, so I accepted the job thinking it was going to be good. We had about 7 or 8 people in the beginning since a lot of online orders were dropping. After new year’s, we only had a team of 3 people and some other worker, who wasn’t our boss, always on our ass about everything , giving us impossible deadlines. The only reason he got away with it because he was buddy buddy with the LODs. I did some hard work for that sack of shit for a good 5 or 6 months and then I get fired. When I asked why, they gave me the answer “productivity reasons” and didn’t give me a straight answer after that. I know that that productivity reason was bullshit because I did my work all the damn time. Target was a shady fucking place with really fucked up people. There was only a few coworkers that I thought were okay.

When I was working they gave lots of corrective actions. Certain managers would have it in for you. If that certain manager becomes in charge of your department, they'll have you in the office all the time. At one point I was in the office about 8 work days in a row. Then the GSAs would follow. Check this out, I was out for 3 months due to my ulcer in my foot. I came in Friday before to see when can I come back to work. They told me to come back Monday. I came back Monday. Then they did not have me on the schedule for the next 2 weeks. I think they brought me in on Monday so that the manager can give me corrective action from something that happened back in September. He did not ask me how my foot is doing, he just gave me corrective actions from September. My foot was in pain back in September so that why my performance was the way it was. The ulcer came back a week after I came back to work so Target is going to give me another corrective action so I decided to quit. I can't deal Target's bullshit anymore. I'm fed up with them. I think next time I might end cursing out the manager because there is a lot on my mind.
