False review, might get fired
a few weeks before writing this post, a customer at 6:30 pm on a Saturday wrote a fake report on me saying that I “made them uncomfortable” and gave them a bad experience. I don’t know if this customer is a male or female one, but I swear that I didn’t do anything to hurt or make this person uncomfortable in any way. Honestly, for the past month I’ve been extremely careful with how I’ve handled customers and emphasized greetings, small talk, and thanking customers when they leave. I’ve been working there for almost a year and have already signed one corrective action for getting in arguments with customers and making scanning mistakes some items.. but this was in April so around 4 months ago and I have been better at my job since then.
since that last corrective action I’ve been written up for taking one really long break because of an emergency phone call, and then I accidentally leaving a spilled drink in the break room… these two incidences happened two weeks apart from each other.
Now some fake asshole wants to write a false review of me giving my customer service a “0/10” and claiming that I’m not even nice to coworkers. At that point the entire review should be overlooked as inaccurate and misleading. But they’re still going to make me sign a second corrective action even if it’s obvious that it was a customer having a bad day that wanted to write a fake report on me.
Targets my only source of income at the moment T_T
so clearly at this point this review writer is a hater and I don’t want this person to submit more fake reports to get me written up to a final.
im searching all over the break room and Reddit forums to see if anyone has been through this but no luck.
my team leader even said that there is a lack of detail in the report and the customer is AFL and can’t confirm the details or dive harder into them.
