I have been working for target for almost 3 Years. I started out in flow, moved to backroom, and for the last year and a 1/2 I’ve been working under the title of Space Management. For the entire duration of my time at Target I have worked tirelessly to show my bosses and peers that I’m ready for more responsibility ( hence the reason I’ve been moved drastically to better positions in rapid succession). I’ve put in for three open management positions and all three times I was not even interviewed.
