I remember back in the days when I worked for that shit hole. My asshole GSTL was out to get me, mostly because I did not have a boner for those redcards and writing team vibe cards. He would always bitch at me to get redcards, and if I did not get any he would follow me out the door on my out and say, “why did you not get any readcards”. God I wish I could punch him in the face. Then when he did my review he tried to get the lowest amount possible, mostly because he is an asshole, and told me what a pos I was.

They will give weekends off to two of the same cashiers all the damn time. Why? because they sell red cards. there is an old guy and a Mexican women who both have an honest face but lies through their teeth about the REDcards,telling guest whatever they want to hear. So they get rewarded for lieing that great A college student like me who goes to school and work and be honest about everything get to work all weekend as a reward. When spring semester ends I will be looking for another job and I will never give them greedy basted my money again.
Likes(1)Dislikes(0) At my store they get mad at you if you work over 40 hours a week. Because they don’t want to pay you over time. If you work over 40 hours a week you must sign a paper saying you will watch you schedule. Is that legal? Can anyone answer me.
Likes(0)Dislikes(0) target never pay me overtime. They always tell me you need to be approved for overtime. NEED TO BE APPROVED, are you kidding me. Target you can’t just follow the law when it convenient for you. Is that against the law? can I sue?
I also hate my GSTL they always bitch at us to follow the rules, but they don’t have to. You can’t have clearance stuff on hold, but they stick it behind guest service anyway. If i did that I be bitch at forever and a day about it.
