I started off at a low volume store I got along with everyone. They cross trained me in every single department so I did get more hours when people called out because I would know the area. the only thing was one week u would have a good schedule and the next week like 2 days.
after a year I transferred to a store that was high volume…BIG DIFFERENCE.
