Finally quit this aweful place! Pretty funny that I got to quit in the team lead/LOD that I can’t stand. Finally had enough and got into another line of work completely. Called Target and let her know I wouldn’t be coming in and that I quit. My buddy covered my shift so he could see how mad she got because no one in that store has respect for her. She sat around all night huffing and telling everyone my business.

(5) I have to say I love that after recieving a write up for absences that we have found a pattern in the write ups. First of all my absences are documented. If I wasn’t sick it was family in the hospital.
Likes(9)Dislikes(5) I was working last week in softlines. I blazed through the first three of my four sections leaving only shoes (which I had zoned first but hey there was a sale) . One of my fellow team members came up with a huge cart she was told by our LOD to sort. With two and a half hours left I decided to help her sort the heaping cart so that she could get back to her area which was really a mess.
Likes(31)Dislikes(6) I was cashing out my last guest of the night who happened to be family. I DO NOT give out my discount to anyone so I didn’t see a problem with what I was doing. A team lead who has belittled and basically made every night I work with her a living hell decided to completely pass my register and run to the GSTL. After my shift I was yelled at for it being brought to her attention that my family member came through my line. Are you kidding me as a team lead if you thought I was doing wrong you should have said something right then not ran around like a child.
