The latest news regarding #alexfromtarget made me realize quitting Target was not a mistake. Besides the usually retail pettiness I mentioned earlier that goes on I noticed that some customers (guests-if that’s what you want to call them the way some of them behave) were taking pictures of employees with their phone making fun of them. I was really disturbed by this feeling like it was extremely violating to someone and people shouldn’t be doing it at all. Is this some kind of trend now? Taking pictures of employees without their permission. If I don’t put myself on the internet I’m certainly not ok with someone else doing it. People have gotten ruder and nastier than ever before and it sickens me.Alex From Target hit the bullseye. I think Target would of been a great place to work if it weren’t for one thing. People. Did I mention I got a survey in the mail from the Target I worked at asking me why I quit. So I put Rude Coworkers and sent it back to them. Not barely 3 days later the HR girl called wanting me to clarify what I meant. Of course I didn’t call back. They can’t leave me alone. They didn’t seem to want to contact me when I DIDN’T SHOW UP.

(4) After a month of hell I decided to quit Target. Store 2021 Arvada South Super Target is by far one of the worst experiences as a employee I have ever had. I don’t know how I managed to stick it out for so long. Retail is no picnic but this company takes it to a whole new level with their fast fun friendly FAKE façade. These people think it’s still high school the way they act. The huddles are a joke and I believe it’s only to show off to the customers.

I just started working there and on the first day the orientation leader contradicted herself. She said we shouldn’t come to work when we are sick but 5 minutes later she said we should be good employees and show up even if were sick. Which is it? I also asked about the data breach and what to tell the customer if they ask and she said she was over it.
