After four and a half years, I put in my two weeks notice.
It was a good run, some great people, shame it was bogged by bad management.
The feeling of venturing to my new job is unlike anything.

(4) This isn’t necessarily a rant on unfair practices, but more me wanting to voice a concern of mine. Ever since I graduated with a Bachelor’s in business management, I began seeking entry level management positions. Naturally, I made the reasonable decision to ask my ETL about potential to move up from a team member to team leader.
Likes(15)Dislikes(6) I’ve been working here for about 4 years now, and since I’m done with school, my boss keeps trying to pressure me to open my availability to close, which I know will mean he wants me to only be a closer: when I had a 3-10 availability, he translated it as 4-close, and Saturdays being my only ‘open availability’ day, he has put me on closing for the past 2 months.
