One evening last week, the Merrifield, VA store had two checkout lines open and about eight to ten people waiting in each, blocking the main aisle. A junior employee decided this was the time to insist that the customers move out of his way so he could push about 30 carts from the front to the back of the store.
I left without my groceries, leaving the cart at the Guest Service desk with a curt explanation, and called the store when I got home.
