I’ve recently discovered that the high ranking management are members of the Church of Scientology.
This explains why Target hires high ranking management outsiders, instead promoting the already employed employees. This also explains why almost every high ranking management are non-minorities. This also explains why middle management and any employee can not reach to higher ranking management – There is a glass-ceiling that no one can go through, unless your one of the members for the Church of Scientology.
Target is one of the strangest working environment I have even worked at. I am going to write about my observations while I was working at Target.
