Harassment – non stop.
I worked for target for 8 months.
it was by far the worst job I’ve ever had.
I’ll just leave some examples here. I’m not even going to start in on how the employees invaded my personal space, lectured me like a child, insulted me and how the LOD stuck her fat ass nose in my life by sending a cop to my house!
1)I have manic depression. I told them this during my interview. the LOD told her husband has it too, then told me she wishes she could smack him out of it. that is disrespectful, ignorant, and frankly unprofessional.
2) they really do harass their workers. “how many red cards are you going to get today?” Hmm, however many guests are feeling like making life decisions in five minutes at a grocery store? fuck off.

It's their job. To ask harass you. But I do get the depression. That was just fucked up
As a cashier they always ask, "how many redcards are you going to get today?" And my personal favorite, "Get me a redcard tonight! Right?" Like damn they expect me and force me to get one even though i fint know if a guest would actually sign up lol. Im always like, " I will try my best!" And then proceed to do my hellish job.
