general hr issue
Anyone else dealing with a co worker threatened by them? I just went into a vague meeting what the other parties could give no specifics examples but I was told change my behavior. I I’m at a loss as to what to do.

I've been told multiple times bad attitude. I yelled at a guy. Someone told me you were rude to them. Someone told me you said fuck to them. Well, I did all those. But there's one that makes no sense either. I said as nicely as I could to a guest one day that came at the last second when it's my time to leave. "Ms. I know you may be in a hurry and all, but please respect me and my time of being off now and please let me go as I am off work now, my time if over, I am not a slave, when my time is over, please kindly allow me to go." So that offended the woman guest. Like WTF? and I was all nice to her about saying how I was offended by her first by coming in with my light off. Whoever you are justme, just remember, you are not a slave and you will not work for everyone and never for those who rush in and what team leads tell you to behave, screw them, let them fire you for they are bullshit assholes.

Got told today that the female HR manager in clerical was offended at my attitude. That I 'Disrespected her" I was saying that I couldnt work the next day. It wasnt within my workable hours. I was frustrated by the system and I guess that counts as "throwing a hissy fit." So I shut my mouth and kept a straight face since I knew I didnt want to say anything I would regret. Guess that counts as "disrespect."
"This is the second complaint I've received about you.The first was from Andy my boss's boss and he said you were rude. Do you remember that?"
I wanted to say, "First off, I dont remember any of that. I have two complaints? I had a first complaint? Why didnt you guys talk to me about this? You know, when it occured? So I know what you guys are talking about? Saying the complaint complained that I was "rude" tells me jack fucking shit about what the context it was in."
You sound like a sociopath. You should have been fired after they confirmed you did the first few things. That one that makes no sense to you makes perfect sense. You were nice when you told her you were offended by something that stupid? Doubtful. If what you typed here is close to what you actually said, and you don't think that was rude, you seriously need to seek help. Are you so lazy you can't stay an extra 5 or 10 minutes to help someone even though you're getting PAID to (slaves don't get paid, by the way)? If you just turned your light off, you were still on the clock and getting paid. Part of the job is occasionally going out of your way to help someone. If you can't handle that, get out of customer service, it's not for you. I'll wager you get angry at girls when they don't want to date you even though you were nice to them. You definitely sound like one of THOSE guys.
i'm thinking couldn't op have said simply. sorry i'm closed? Except I feel his pain as well. Tried closing a couple of times and people line up regardless of the sign that's there and even when you sling the chain across they still try to line up. Had one lady even move the sign and wanted me to process her. I refused lol.
I keep getting recognition cards from guests, but i am sure i have been written up but no one told me. One guest was so rude i stopped answring him and he comlained to the head manager. I was told on for my sister using my discount and i wasnt there with her so it was not a legit purpose. yet when i was almost attacked with 20 witness in the room, they asked me less questions. fucking bullshit.
