Hello so this semester of college is getting really tough and I sometimes cannot work days that I’m suppose to work because I have Big Exam the following day and I sometimes do need a full day off in the weekend so I can study my butt off. Therefore I usually give my hours away to people who want them and my STL got upset because I do it too often and she will count them as Call Outs! I don’t understand the logic in that because Im giving hours away therefor someone will come in regardless…so I don’t see the problem what do you guys think I should do?, because i still have a good half of the semester left and my school is the main priority.

(2) okay so i am currently a Biology Pre-Med Major and Fall semester is coming. School is my top priority so I study about 25 hrs weekly when the semester comes by. I asked for my availability for school to be Sundays 8am-6, Mondays/Wednesdays 2pm-10pm, Tuesdays Thursdays Unavailable, Fridays 8-5pm, Saturdays available all day….This got denied because it was “Too Restrictive”

There are days I simply do not want to go because well, who the hell wants to go work with annoying ass costumers? Im only working here till I’m done with community college and thats less than a year away. Anyways I want to know how many times can you call out before you get fired?… I hear you have to have many coachings till you get fired. So can someone help me with this?
